Gambling License in Poland

Poland's gambling regulation is genuinely different from most European countries: the state holds a monopoly on a significant portion of gambling activities. Private entrepreneurs can only apply for a land-based casino license or a mutual betting permit — online casinos and most other gambling activities are reserved for a dedicated state-owned company.

BIZ TRP confirms exactly what's actually available to your business before you commit to anything.
